We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to support our exosome development project. The candidate should lead the whole exosome development project, including research design, proposal writing, result documentation, evaluation and reporting, and internal/external data presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced degree in molecular biology, molecular cell biology, or immunology.
In-depth knowledge on exosomes.
Successful project management experience.
Proficiency in project management tools, good communication skills and writing skills.
Basic Qualifications
Connect with customers to understand their needs, provide project strategies, and technical solutions.
Focus on exosome project management, follow up on project progress, and report regularly.
Stay informed of the project progress, conduct technical communication and exchanges with customers promptly, answer and provide feedback to customers' technical questions.
Responsible for the collection of the exosome industry information, the preparation of the industry plan, the company's product optimization plan, and the appropriate pre-sales support.
