Recombinant adeno-associated virus type 2, pU6-(Human TFPI2 3'UTR), Overexpression(CAT#: AAV-GTOH0014WQ)
The product is an adeno-associated virus type 2 (AAV2) vector containing the insertion of TFPI2 3'UTR gene. This gene encodes a member of the Kunitz-type serine proteinase inhibitor family. The protein can inhibit a variety of serine proteases including factor VIIa/tissue factor, factor Xa, plasmin, trypsin, chymotryspin and plasma kallikrein. The product is suitable for stable overexpression of exogenous gene in various types of cells and can be used in gene therapy research and development.
