Description
I-O™ NK Cell Expansion Kit has been developed for the in vitro culture and expansion of human natural killer (NK) cells in Serum-Free (SF) conditions without the use of problematic feeder cells. This kit contains I-O™ NK Cell Base Medium, I-O™ NK Cell Expansion Supplement and I-O™ NK Cell Expansion Coating Material. After just 14 days in culture, NK cells can be harvested.
