Sales Manager, Oncolytic Virus
Role Summary
Creative Biolabs is committed to accelerating the discovery, research, development, and manufacturing of oncolytic therapeutics. We are looking for a business development manager who will be responsible for the business development of our oncolytic virus products and services. The candidate will combine the knowledge of science and business to develop and deliver profitable initiatives and build sales.
Essential Responsibilities


  • Project coordination, including working closely with clients on the design, reporting, and extension of oncolytic virus contract research services.
  • Work closely with the R&D team to assess opportunities and develop oncolytic virotherapy projects.
  • Present to senior executives regularly with the result of the development process.
  • Contribute to the writing of proposals and other technical documents.


Minimum Acceptable Qualifications


  • Ph.D. with rich experience in biology, biochemistry, virology, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of the virotherapy industry and trends.
  • Familiar with and ability to fast-learn the advances in immunology-oncology, virology, and oncolytic virotherapy.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to work on many different projects collaboratively.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability in writing, reviewing, and editing business documents.
