Phospholipids

Phospholipids are a class of lipids whose molecule has a hydrophilic phosphate group head and two hydrophobic derived from fatty acids tails. Phospholipids are key components of cell and organelle membranes, blood lipoproteins, and lung surfactants. Liposomes
