Description
cAMP Finder™ Gs cell lines overexpress naturally Gs coupled, wildtype GPCRs and are designed to detect increases in intracellular cAMP levels in response to agonist stimulation of the receptor. These cell lines are designed to be used in conjunction with the HitFinder® cAMP Assay detection kit.
Features
cAMP Finder Cell Lines are non-force-coupled Gs and Gi stable clonal cell lines that expedite drug screening by providing robust responses, with accurate pharmacology. They provide the means for the measurement of an ubiquitous second messenger (cAMP) to determine the mechanism of action of ligands. Each cell line has been characterized for its appropriate GPCR pharmacology, specificity, and stability in culture and can be effectively used for screening both biologics and small molecules. For detection of cAMP, the cAMP Finder Cell Lines can be paired with DiscoverX's HitFinder cAMP Assays for Small Molecules or Biologics.
