Description
This kit has been developed to isolate human CD19+ cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells by immunomagnetic positive selection. Isolated cells with up to 99% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
