Short Decsription
Seven-reagent kit for fibrin visualization, especially older clusters. This method is an improvement on Masson Trichrome and is ideal for studying connective tissue and vascular pathology.
Description
Histology, cytology and other related scientific disciplines study the microscopic anatomy of tissues and cells. In order to exhibit good tissue and cellular structure, samples need to be stained in the correct way. Martius Scarlet Blue (MSB) staining technique is used for fibrin visualization, especially older clusters. This method is a modified Masson Trichrome method and is ideal for studying connective tissue and vascular pathology.
Applications
