Short Description
Obtain rapid HDAC3 staining with this fully prepared IHC solution, providing components for a streamlined workflow.
Description
Histone deacetylases (HDACs) are enzymes that regulate transcription by removing acetyl groups from lysines in histone proteins. HDAC3, a class I HDAC, functions by deacetylating histones and is involved in regulating transcription through interactions with transcription factors like the zinc-finger YY1. HDAC3 can also suppress p53 function, influencing cell growth and apoptosis, and is considered a potential tumor suppressor gene.
