CTLA4: B7-1 [Biotinylation] Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit is specially designed to screen and analyze CTLA4: B7-1 signal transduction inhibitors. The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of the detection of biotin-labeled B7-1 through streptavidin-HRP. The determination only requires a few simple steps on the microtiter plate. First, CTLA4 was coated on a 96-well plate. Next, B7-1 and CTLA4 were incubated on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP, and then HRP substrate is added to generate chemiluminescence, which can be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
