The mouse IDO1 inhibitor screening assay kit is designed to measure the inhibitory effect on mouse IDO1 enzyme. The kit is easy to use. The inhibitor and enzyme are added to the sample containing the L-Trp substrate. After incubation at room temperature, the activity was determined by measuring the absorbance of the reaction product at l=320-325nm.
