The premade phage display libraries are constructed using plasma cells from a large quantity of healthy/diseased human donors or animals. Premade Human and Mouse Antibody Libraries
Creative Biolabs has established several premade human single chain (scFv) antibody libraries, including HuScL-1(R), HuScL-2(R), HuScL-3(R) and HuScL-4(R). These libraries are natural or synthetic libraries which cover the diversity of over 2.0×109. Recently, we have created a next-generation, fully-human, yeast display scFv library - HuScL-YDP and a HuFabL(R) human Fab antibody library. In addition to human antibody libraries, we also provide a MuScL(R) murine single chain antibody library and a MuFabL(R) murine Fab antibody library for therapeutic uses.
Premade Single Domain Antibody Libraries
Creative Biolabs has built up a Human Single Domain Antibody Library (HuSdL) to identify human single domain antibodies against any therapeutic targets. Compared with conventional antibody, single domain antibodies have better solubility, greater affinity, and selectivity, and are able to bind to hidden epitopes that are not accessible by whole antibodies. Our patented HuSdL produces camelized human antibodies that have a human origin other than camel-derived single domain antibodies. By this way, the single domain antibodies have the lowest immunogenic potential in humans, especially for long-term and multiple-dose administration. The antibody library was constructed based on camelized human VH3 in FR2. The current size of this library is 1.5×109.
Immunized Human Antibody Libraries
Creative Biolabs provides dozens of immunized human antibody libraries with fairly good sensitivity and specificity. The libraries are immunized Fab and scFv antibody libraries, which would lay a valuable experimental foundation for further study of B cell lymphoma and may also contribute to the improvement in the therapy of many diseases. Source of immunogens include colon carcinoma, Alzheimer's disease, Rh antigen, Helicobacter Pylori adhesin protein HpaA, etc.
