Short Decsription
Creative Biolabs offers CHO-K1-Tg(Human alpha1D Receptor) Stable Cell Line which alpha1D receptor stably expressed in CHO-K1 cells.
Description
CHO-K1-Tg(Human alpha1D Receptor) Stable Cell Line was engineered to express the receptor human alpha1D (NM_000678.3). The α1D receptor plays significant roles in regulating vascular tone, urinary function, and other physiological processes. This cell line can be used to study complex interactions and signaling mechanisms involving GPCRs and associated G-proteins.

Background
The Alpha-1D adrenergic receptor (α1D-AR) is one of the three subtypes of alpha-1 adrenergic receptors, which include α1A, α1B, and α1D. These receptors are part of the G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) family and respond to catecholamines such as norepinephrine and epinephrine. The α1D-AR subtype plays significant roles in regulating vascular tone, urinary function, and other physiological processes.
