Short Decsription
Creative Biolabs offers CHO-K1-Tg(NFAT) Division-Arrested Cell for cell-based functional assays.
Description
The CHO-K1 NFAT division-arrested cell line is derived from CHO-K1 cells and is engineered to express a nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT) reporter system. This cell line is used in research to study signaling pathways that activate NFAT, which plays a crucial role in immune response and other cellular processes. These cells are advantageous because they are arrested in division, allowing for stable and consistent expression of NFAT-related genes and responses to stimuli without the variability introduced by cell proliferation.
Features
Well-characterized stable cell lines;
for cell-based high-throughput screening;
Low-cost evaluation of stable cell lines or limited quantities of compounds.
Applications
Functional assays
Parental Cell Line
