Short Decsription
Creative Biolabs offers HEK293T-Tg(Human β-Arrestin2//Human beta2 Receptor) Stable Cell Line which beta2 receptor stably expressed in HEK293T cells which overexpress β-Arrestin2.
Description
HEK293T-Tg(Human β-Arrestin2//Human beta2 Receptor) Stable Cell Line was engineered to express the receptor human beta2 (NM_004313.3) and β-Arrestin2 gene. The β2 receptor is widely distributed in various tissues and plays crucial roles in regulating smooth muscle relaxation, bronchodilation, glycogenolysis, and other physiological processes. This cell line can be used to study receptor pharmacology, signaling pathways, and drug screening.

Background
The Beta-2 adrenergic receptor (β2-AR) is a subtype of beta-adrenergic receptors, which belong to the G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) family. These receptors respond primarily to the catecholamines epinephrine and norepinephrine. The β2-AR subtype is widely distributed in various tissues and plays crucial roles in regulating smooth muscle relaxation, bronchodilation, glycogenolysis, and other physiological processes.
