Short Decsription
Creative Biolabs offers HEK293T-Tg(Human Gαqi5//Human CCR5 Receptor) Stable Cell Line which CCR5 receptor stably expressed in HEK293T cells which overexpress Gαqi5.
Description
HEK293T-Tg(Human Gαqi5//Human CCR5 Receptor) Stable Cell Line was engineered to express the receptor human CCR5 (NM_000579) and Gαqi5 gene. CCR5 is a critical regulator of immune cell migration and activation in response to chemokine signals during immune responses and inflammatory conditions. This cell line can be used to study CCR5 receptor function, signaling pathways, and potential therapeutic interventions.
Features

Background
The CCR5 receptor, or C-C chemokine receptor type 5, is a G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) primarily known for its role in immune responses, particularly in the recruitment and activation of certain immune cells. It has gained significant attention due to its involvement in various physiological processes and diseases, most notably its role as a co-receptor for HIV-1 entry into target cells.
