Description
HEK293T-Tg(Human Gαqi5//Human Y5 Receptor) Stable Cell Line was engineered to express the receptor human Y5 (NM_006174) and Gαqi5 gene. NPY5R has effects on psychomotor activity, food intake, regulation of central endocrine secretion, and potent vasoactive effects on the cardiovascular system. This cell line can be used to study Y5 receptor function, signaling pathways, and potential therapeutic interventions.
