Description
Colloidal Iron Stain Kit for Histological Visualization of Carboxylated and Sulfated Mucopolysaccharides and Glycoproteins At low pH, colloidal iron ions are mainly absorbed by carboxylated and sulfated mucus substances. Prussian blue reaction was used to detect iron bound to tissue; staining was differentiated by washing away excess reagent.
