Short Decsription
Used for immune response stimulation.
Applications
Antigen specific T-cell stimulation, T-cell assays
Size
1 mg
Cell Type
T cells
Species
Human
Target
GAD65
Source
Glutamic acid decarboxylase 65 kD isoform (GAD65) is one of the important autoantigens in the pathogenesis of type 1 diabetes peptides(T1D). Autoreactivity to GAD65 is very common in T1D patients with the HLA-DR1*04 haplotype. The GAD65 555-567 peptide has been identified as an immunodominant T cell epitope of HLA-DRB1*0401 subjects with beta-islet cell autoimmunity.
Recommended Use
For Antigen specific T-cell stimulation.
