Gomori Trichrome Kit (CAT#: ITS-1022-ZP49)

Five-reagent kit for staining muscle, collagen fibers, and nuclei, including blue counterstain. This kit can be used to compare skeletal, cardiac or smooth muscle.

The Gomori Trichrome kit is used to analyze collagen fibers in the liver and kidney to more easily differentiate between collagen and smooth muscle fibers, as well as to differentiate between damaged fibers (in the case of mitochondrial myopathy).
