The peptide product binds HLA-A*0201 and represents residue 82-90 of human papillomavirus-16 (HPV-16) E7, a protein that is consistently expressed in various HPV-associated cancers. Which stimulates immune responses from donors who have been sensitized to the antigen in vitro.
