Description
Creative Biolabs has developed several immune checkpoint stable cell Lines expressing the most popular immune checkpoints to accelerate clients' immunotherapy discovery and clinical translation. Recombinant CHO-K1 cell constitutively expressing full length human GITRL (NP_005083.2). Which can be used in binding assays and functional assay.
Features
Stable cell lines for increased reliability and reproducibility;
Protein expression at the cell surface validated by FACS or WB;
Applications
This cell line is useful for stimulating human GITR on immune cells, as well as binding assays for GITR.
Organism
Human
Strain Name
CHO-K1
Common Name
GITRL
Background
GITRL (CD357; AITRL; TNLG2A), a part of the tumor necrosis factor (ligand) superfamily, member 18 (TNFSF18), is mainly expressed on antigen presenting cells. GITRL engages with the GITR receptor as a co-stimulatory signal to promote lymphocyte activation.
