Product Overview
The CE-HLA I Control Peptide Pool is a lyophilized mixture of 20 peptides with sequences from cytomegalovirus (CMV) and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). The pool consists of defined HLA class I-restricted T cell epitopes from these three viruses, and can be used as a positive control to stimulate CD8+ T cells. These peptides are restricted by certain highly frequent HLA types (HLA: A2, A3, A11, A24, A18, B8, B27, B35, B44).

Recommended Use
CE-HLA I Control Peptide Pool is recommended as the positive control for detecting antigen-specific CD8+ cells in human PBMC. The Pool is useful as a peptide-specific positive control in ELISPOT, CTL and Intracellular Cytokine Assays using human PBMC.
