Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified mouse CD19+ B cells from murine splenocytes. The CD19 nanobody (Nb) is a recombinantly expressed low affinity nanobody. The CD19 Nb-Strep binds to the matrix of Strep-Agarose columns. Therefore, CD19+ target cells can adhere to the matrix. Finally, the addition of biotin causes the elution of the target cells from the matrix, and Nb-Streps self-dissociate from the cell surfaces. The label-free authentic target cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
