Description
This kit has been developed to isolate CD14+ monocytes by positive selection. Desired T cells are isolated by labeling biotin conjugated anyi-CD14 antibody followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanoparticles. The isolated cells with up to 90-97% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as culture, cell-based experiments, or functional assays.
