Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human CD8+ T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by immunomagnetic negative selection. Non-CD8+ T cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic beads. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
Applications
Cell Isolation
Application Notes
Unwanted cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles.
Comment
This kit is available for processing 1 x 10^9 cells.
Molecular Mechanism of Action
Unwanted cells are labeled with an optimized cocktail of biotinylated antibodies targeting CD4, CD15, CD16, CD19, CD34, CD36, CD56, CD123, TCRγ/δ, and CD235a (Glycophorin A).
Method Type
Negative selection
