Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified mouse CD45.1+ cells from mouse spleens, bone marrow or digested lung tissue by immunomagnetic positive selection. Desired cells are isolated by labeling biotin conjugated anti-CD45.1 antibody followed by incubation with magnetic beads. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
