Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified mouse spleen or a single cell suspension of mouse leukocytes by immunomagnetic negative selection. Unwanted cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanoparticles, leaving desired cells in suspension. Isolated cells with 70-80% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, mmune statusmonitoring, or other functional assays.
