Description
This kit has been developed to isolate CD24-CD44+ breast cancer stem cells by negative selection and positive selection. Unwanted cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated anti-CD24 antibody followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanoparticles, leaving CD24- cells in suspension. Then cells in suspension are labeled with biotinylated anti-CD44 antibody that targets the desired cells. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, mmune statusmonitoring, or other functional assays.
Applications
Cell Isolation
Application Notes
Unwanted cells are labeled with anti-CD24 antibodies and magnetic particles; Desired cells are labeled with anti-CD44 antibodies and magnetic nanoparticles.
Comment
