I-O™ CellSort Two-Step Human IgM+ Memory B Cell Selection Kit (CAT#: ITS-1222-YT13)

This kit has been developed to isolate IgM+ memory B cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by depletion of unwanted cells and subsequent positive selection. Isolated cells ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.

Cell Isolation

First step (negative selection): Unwanted cells are labeled with antibodies and deplete; Next step (positive selection): Desired cells are selected with Anti-IgM microbeads.

This kit is available for processing 2 x 10^9 cells.

Step 1: Non-B cells which are labeled CD2, CD14, CD16, CD36, CD43, and CD235a (Glycophorin A); Step 2: IgM+ cells.
