Creative Biolabs has developed a series of mediums and supplements for cell isolation, culture, expansion and differentiation. Density gradient centrifugation is commonly used for the isolation of specific human lymphocyte from whole blood. This technique takes advantage of the differences in density between the various leukocytes and the density gradient medium. PharmaOnco™ Density Gradient Medium (for Mononuclear Cells) is a range of sterile, ready-to-use density gradient media manufactured under a Quality Management System. It is recommended for the isolation of mononuclear cells from peripheral blood, cord blood, and bone marrow by exploiting differences in cell density.
