Creative Biolabs has developed a series of mediums and supplements for cell isolation, culture, expansion and differentiation. DEME is a standard cell culture medium. It supports the growth of numerous cell types, especially when supplemented with FBS. The variety of available formulations suit many applications. Cells successfully cultured in DMEM include primary fibroblasts, neurons, glial cells, HUVECs, and smooth muscle cells.
