Description
This kit has been developed to isolate CD14+ cell from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by positive selection. The desired cells with up to 97% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as chimerism analysis, culture, cell-based experiments, or other downstream applications.
