Description
This kit has been developed to isolate human CD34+ cells from fresh or previously frozen bone marrow or mobilized peripheral blood mononuclear cells, or from previously frozen cord blood mononuclear cells, or from hESC/hiPSC-derived hematopoietic cells by positive selection. Isolated cells with up to 99% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
