This product provides the reagents needed to study transcription factors activated by mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathways, including positive control extracts. The MAPK series kits contain multiple binding sites in each well, including specific antibodies to the active forms of transcription factors: phospho-ATF-2 (Thr71), phospho-c-Jun (Ser73), c-Myc, MEF2, and STAT1α, all of which are regulated by the MAP kinase cascade and are key markers of cell signaling. In addition to the MAPK family of kits, Creative Biolabs also offers individual kits for the study of ATF-2, c-Jun, c-Myc, and MEF2. Phosphorylated ATF-2, MEF2, and STAT1α antibodies can be used for human extracts, while phosphorylated c-Jun and c-Myc antibodies can be used for human and mouse extracts.
