Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified mouse CD11b+ cells from mouse splenocytes, bone marrow, lungs, brains or other tissues by immunomagnetic positive selection. Isolated cells with up to 95% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
