Description
This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified CD4+ T cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues by immunomagnetic negative selection. Isolated cells with up to 96% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cryopreservation.
