I-O™ NK Cell Generation Kit (CAT#: ITS-0622-YT359)

I-O™ NK Cell Generation Kit is designed for differentiation of CD34+ cells isolated from cord blood (CB) or bone marrow to natural killer (NK) cells. I-O™ NK Cell Generation Kit contains I-O™ Lymphoid Progenitor Expansion Supplement (10X), I-O™ Hematopoietic Cells Medium II (SF), I-O™ Lymphoid Differentiation Coating Material (100X) and I-O™ NK Cell Differentiation Supplement (100X).
I-O™ Lymphoid Progenitor Expansion Supplement (10X) can selectively promote the expansion and differentiation of CD34+ cells to lymphoid progenitor cells-when used in combination with I-O™ Hematopoietic Cells Medium II (SF) and on plates coated with I-O™ Lymphoid Differentiation Coating Material (100X). I-O™ NK Cell Differentiation Supplement (100X) enables differentiation of lymphoid progenitor cells to NK cells-when used in combination with I-O™ Hematopoietic Cells Medium II (SF) and UM-729.
