Description
This kit has been developed to deplete IgM+ cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or lymph nodes or from whole blood by immunomagnetic positive selection. Isolated cells with up to 90% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
