Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human EpCAM+ cells by immunomagnetic positive selection. Desired cells are isolated by labeling biotin conjugated antibody followed by incubation with magnetic nanoparticles. Isolated cells ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
