Description
This kit has been developed to isolate hf hematopoietic non-lineage committed cells (lineage negative) from mouse bone marrow by immunomagnetic positive selection. Lineage committed cells (lineage positive) include T cells, B cells, monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes, and erythrocytes are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail followed by incubation with magnetic nanoparticles. Isolated cells highly expressed CD117 or Sca-1 ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, counting, or other applications.

Molecular Mechanism of Action
Unwanted cells are labeled with an optimized cocktail of biotinylated antibodies targeting s CD5, CD45R (B220), CD11b, Anti-Gr-1(Ly-6G/C), 7-4 and Ter-119.
