Description
This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified naïve CD4+ T cells from mouse lymphoid tissue by negative selection. Non-CD4+ Naïve T cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanoparticles. These magnetic nanoparticles can be used with both free standing magnets and column-based systems. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
Applications
Cell Isolation
Application Notes
Unwanted cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles.
Comment
This kit is available for processing 2 x 10^8 cells.
Molecular Mechanism of Action
Unwanted cells are labeled with an optimized cocktail of biotinylated antibodies targeting CD8a, CD11b, CD11c, CD19, CD24, CD25, CD44, CD45R/B220, CD49b, CD105, TER119/Erythroid, TCR-γ/δ.
