Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified memory B cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). The isolation of memory B cells is performed in a two-step procedure, negative selection and positive selection. Isolated cells are available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
Applications
Cell Isolation
Application Notes
First step (negative selection): Unwanted cells are labeled with antibodies and deplete; Next step (positive selection): Desired cells are selected with CD27 MicroBeads.
Comment
This kit is available for processing 2 x 10^9 cells.
Target
Step 1: Non B cells; Step 2: CD27+ B cells.
Method Type
Negative selection & positive selection
