Short Decsription
Creative Biolabs offers CHO-Tg(Human CD19//CD20)-Luc reporter cell line which the CD19 and CD20 gene stably expressed in Luc reporter CHO cells.
Description
The CHO-Tg(Human CD19//CD20)-Luc reporter cell line is a genetically modified Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line that expresses both human CD19 and CD20 cell surface markers, along with a luciferase reporter gene. This cell line is commonly used in research for studying the function and response of these specific cell surface markers in immune cell interactions, such as in immunotherapy or targeted cancer therapy studies.

Background
CD19 is a transmembrane protein that is involved in B cell receptor signaling and B cell development. It helps to activate B cells and plays a critical role in their survival and proliferation.
CD20 is also a transmembrane protein that is primarily expressed on the surface of B cells. It is involved in the regulation of B cell activation, differentiation, and antibody production. CD20 is a target for certain monoclonal antibody therapies used in the treatment of B cell-related diseases, such as certain types of lymphoma and autoimmune disorders.
