Short Decsription
Creative Biolabs offers CHO-Tg(Human CD19)-Luc reporter cell line which the CD19 gene stably expressed in Luc reporter CHO cells.
Description
The CHO-Tg(Human CD19)-Luc reporter cell line is a cell line derived from Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO) that has been genetically modified to express the human CD19 antigen and a luciferase reporter gene. The human CD19 antigen is a cell surface protein that is commonly used as a target for immunotherapy in the treatment of B-cell malignancies. This cell line is often used in research and drug development to study the mechanisms of immunotherapy and to screen for potential therapeutic agents targeting the CD19 antigen.

Background
CD19 is a transmembrane protein that is involved in B cell receptor signaling and B cell development. It helps to activate B cells and plays a critical role in their survival and proliferation.
CD20 is also a transmembrane protein that is primarily expressed on the surface of B cells. It is involved in the regulation of B cell activation, differentiation, and antibody production. CD20 is a target for certain monoclonal antibody therapies used in the treatment of B cell-related diseases, such as certain types of lymphoma and autoimmune disorders.
