Short Decsription
Creative Biolabs offers CHO-Tg(Human CD22)-Luc reporter cell line which the CD22 gene stably expressed in Luc reporter CHO cells.
Description
The CHO-Tg(Human CD22)-Luc reporter cell line is a cell line that has been genetically engineered to express the human CD22 protein and a luciferase reporter gene. CD22 is a cell surface protein that is typically found on B cells, and it is involved in regulating B cell activation and proliferation. This cell line can be used in research studies to investigate the role of CD22 in B cell biology, as well as to screen potential drug candidates targeting the CD22 pathway.

Background
The CD22 gene encodes for a membrane-bound glycoprotein that is primarily expressed on B cells. It plays a role in regulating B cell activation and signaling. Mutations in the CD22 gene have been associated with autoimmune diseases and B cell malignancies. Therapeutic targeting of CD22 has been explored for the treatment of B cell-associated diseases, such as certain types of leukemia and lymphoma.
