Description
CHO-Tg(Human CD7) stable cell line is a cell line derived from Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells that has been genetically engineered to express human CD7 protein. CD7 is a cell surface glycoprotein that is found on T cells and a subset of natural killer cells. The stable expression of CD7 in these CHO cells allows for the study of CD7 function and its role in immune responses. Background
The CD7 gene encodes a transmembrane glycoprotein that is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily.
