Cynomolgus macaque monkey CD8 T cells are isolated and purified from peripheral blood or tissues of cynomolgus monkeys. CD8 T cells are a subset of T lymphocytes that express the CD8 co-receptor and play a crucial role in the immune response by identifying and destroying infected or abnormal cells. The purified CD8 T cells can be used for various research applications, including studying immune responses, investigating T cell function, and developing immunotherapies. They can be activated, expanded, or differentiated in vitro to study their behavior and functions in different experimental settings.

The cynomolgus macaque is the most commonly utilized non-human primate in biomedical research.
