Short Decsription
Creative Biolabs offers Jurkat-Tg(Human LILRB4)-NFAT Luc reporter cell line which the LILRB4 gene stably expressed in NFAT Luc reporter Jurkat cells.
Description
Jurkat-Tg(Human LILRB4)-NFAT Luc reporter cell line is a stable cell line derived from Jurkat cells that overexpress the human LILRB4 receptor and contain a luciferase reporter gene driven by the NFAT (nuclear factor of activated T-cells) promoter. This cell line can be used to study the activation of the NFAT signaling pathway in response to LILRB4 receptor activation. This cell line may be useful for drug screening, pathway studies, and other research applications related to LILRB4 signaling and the NFAT pathway.

Background
The LILRB4 (Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor B4) gene encodes a protein that is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and is involved in the regulation of the immune response. LILRB4 is mainly expressed on myeloid cells and plays a role in modulating immune responses through inhibitory signaling pathways. It has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases. Mutations or dysregulation of the LILRB4 gene can impact immune function and contribute to the development of these diseases. Further research on the role of LILRB4 in immune regulation may lead to new therapeutic strategies for the treatment of these conditions.
