Short Decsription
This complete IHC kit for HAL offers a direct approach to staining, equipping users with reagents from antigen retrieval to slide mounting.
Description
HAL (Histidase) is an enzyme responsible for the nonoxidative removal of the α-amino group from histidine. It shares structural similarities with phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, an important enzyme in plants. HAL plays a significant role in histidine metabolism, converting histidine into urocanic acid, an intermediate in the pathway that leads to the production of essential compounds.
